Upcoming Activities

In addition to trying to get rid of the regulation, our campaign also aims to mobilize and inform the people who are affected by it. We wish to offer a workshop and engage discussions with many organizations across Quebec.

The workshop allows you to understand:

  • The history of the measure concerning stays outside Quebec for welfare recipients;
  • The regulation’s problematic application;
  • The POOR + CAPTIVE campaign;
  • The expected audience with the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec (TAQ);
  • The next actions anticipated by the members of POOR + CAPTIVE

The workshop can be given to groups with at least 8 people.

Our workshop can be offered in French and English. We are available to travel outside of Montreal.
